Empress's Essence is an Item in Code Vein. Items are used for a variety of purposes, such as consumable buffs, key items, and as upgrade materials. Items can be looted from Enemies and/or Bosses, chests, given by NPCs, and are sold by Merchants.
Empress's Essence Usage
- On use, the next physical attack you block will have it's damage reduced by 100%.
- Lasts 3 minutes (180 seconds)
How to obtain Empress's Essence
- Requieres the Frozen Empress DLC, as it's a DLC exclusive item.
- You may obtain one every time you kill the Frozen Empress.
- x1 can be obtained by completing the trial "Empress Suppressor"
- x1 can be obtained by completing the trial "Empress Wardancer"
- x1 can be obtained by completing the trial "Giant's Strike"
- x1 can be obtained by completing the trial "Gifted Warrior"
- x1 can be obtained by completing the trial "Untouchable"
- x1 can be obtained by completing the trial "Hero's strike"
Notes and Tips
- Up to 3 can be carried at a time
- Pairs well with Circular Guard, as it would allow you to block a single damage instance of AoE attacks. For example, against The Virgin Born's aura explosion.
