Shang's Requests

 

First Request: A Peculiar Item

Location: Outer Crossroads - Ruined City Underground

Shang is the first quest giver you meet and he appears after completing the Ruined City Underground location and teleporting back to the Outer Crossroads Mistle. Speak to him and he'll provide you with 1x Map: Den of Darkness which gives you access to the Depths: Den of Darkness. After talking to Shang, head back to Home Base and speak to Davis to teleport to the Den of Darkness. Shang's quest is to find an item in this dungeon, take the opportunity to try and complete the depths or if you're not ready yet, you can just follow the marked location of the item where you'll find 1x Peculiar Materials. Once you've acquired the item, head back to Shang's location and give him the item - he'll reward you with 1x Loss Shard (M) for completing his first request.

 

Second Request: Trial of Blood

Location: Outer Crossroads - Ruined City Underground

For the second request, make sure to leave the location first and teleport back to it if ever he doesn't ask you for the second request or try to progress the main story. If you return to the Outer Crossroads Mistle at the Ruined City Underground, you'll find Shang who seems to be catching his breath. Make sure you've made further preparations before speaking to him since a Trial of Blood will trigger once you speak to him. Simply survive the onslaught and waves of enemies and kill the last ones to complete the quest, completing the Trial of Blood rewards you with a significant amount of  Haze and a consumable item - talk to Shang after the battle and he'll reward you with 1x Loss Shard (M) and 1x RV Mastery (117)

 

Third Request: A Unique Material

Location: Outer Crossroads - Ruined City Underground

For Shang's third quest, you'll have to clear out and defeat the bosses of the Cathedral of the Sacred Blood. Once you've managed to complete the location, teleport back to the Outer Crossroads Mistle at the Ruined City Underground and speak to Shang, he'll provide you with a task to find an item for him in the depths and he also gives you 1x Map: Swirling Flood. Once you've obtained the map, head back to Home Base and speak to Davis to access the Depths: Swirling Flood. Again, you can take the opportunity to try and complete the depths or if you're not ready yet, you can just follow the marked location of the item where you'll find 1x Unique Materials. Once you've acquired the item, head back to Shang's location and give him the item - he'll reward you with 1x Condensed Loss Shard (S) for delivering the item.

 

Fourth Request: A Rare Item

Location: Outer Crossroads - Ruined City Underground

To obtain another job from Shang, you'll have to clear out and defeat the boss at the Ridge of Frozen Souls. Once you've managed to complete the location, teleport back to the Outer Crossroads Mistle at the Ruined City Underground and speak to Shang, he'll provide you with a task to find an item for him in the depths and he also gives you 1x Map: Silent White. Once you've obtained the map, head back to Home Base and speak to Davis to access the Depths: Silent White. You can take the opportunity to try and complete the depths or you can just follow the marked location of the item where you'll find 1x Rare Materials. Once you've acquired the item, head back to Shang's location and give him the item - he'll reward you with a couple of items such as 1x Bugarally Doll, 1x Tomato Oden Sandwich, and 1x Geisha Noodles.

 

Daryl's Requests

 

First Request: Missing Friends

Location: Parking Garage - Ruined City Center

To start this quest, complete the Ruined City Center and Howling Pit locations first then re-visit the Ruined City Center to find Daryl. Speak to Daryl who's located at the top of the huge hole that leads down to the Howling Pit. He'll mention that his friends are missing and that he's having trouble finding them since there are enemies at the pit. He then asks for your help to find them and mentions that they are wearing Dog Tags. Simply head to the Howling Pit Entrance of the Howling Pit, you'll find 1x Ash-covered Dog Tag at the ramp that leads down into the pits. Once you have the item, head back to Daryl and give him the dog tags - you'll be rewarded with 1x Loss Shard (L).

 

Second Request: Missing Friends

Location: Howling Pit Entrance - Howling Pit

For the second request, you'll find Daryl at the entrance of the Howling Pit, but you must complete the Ruined City Center and Howling Pit locations and his first request to find him here.  Upon speaking to him, you'll learn that he's still looking for one of his friends and ask for your help to find them. Not far from where he is, simply head north and head up the first ramp that you'll see. Just defeat the executioner and you'll acquire 1x Dog Tag with Ring. Once you have the item, head back to Daryl and give him the dog tag - completing this request rewards you with 1x Loss Shard (L)

 

Third Request: The Path Home

Location: Howling Pit Entrance - Howling Pit

For Daryl's last request, speak to him again at the entrance of the Howling Pit, make sure you've completed the Howling Pit location first and the first two requests to start this quest. Additionally he will not appear here until you have reached the Provisional Government Outskirts area. He'll mention that a Lost is blocking his path home and asks for your help to kill the enemy. Teleport to Hills of Deception Mistle of the Howling Pit and head to the path that leads towards the arena of the Invading Executioner, you'll find an Axe-Wielding Executioner that's blocking the path. Kill it, head back to the Hills of Deception Mistle to teleport back to the entrance, then talk to Daryl to complete the quest - you'll be rewarded with 1x Loss Crystal (S) and 1x Regen Inducer

Gustav's Requests

 

First Request: Evidence against Silva

Location: Dried-up Trenches Entrance - Dried-up Trenches

To obtain the first request, players must first complete and defeat the boss of the Dried-up Trenches location then revisit the Dried-up Trenches Entrance Mistle to find Gustav. Speak to him and he'll ask you to find evidence that points out the mistakes of Silva's policies. Start off by teleporting to the Parking Garage of the Ruined City Center then go up one level where you'll encounter a Stone-Crusher and a couple of Sword-wielding Lost. You'll find the item which is 1x Citizen's Opinion at the corner of the broken cars, once you have the item, head back to Gustav and give him the evidence - you'll be rewarded with 1x Loss Shard (L) for completing the first request.

 

Second Request: Find more Evidence

Location: Outlook Tower - Cathedral of the Sacred Blood

For the second request, you'll have to complete the Cathedral of the Sacred Blood location and Gustav's first request (if he doesn't give you the quest, leave the area then revisit it). Speak to him again at the Dried-up Trenches entrance and he'll ask you to find another item. Teleport to the Outlook Tower Mistle of the Cathedral of the Sacred Blood, the location of the second item is pretty much straightforward. Form the mistle, go straight until you reach the end, then turn left, you'll find the item on the ground which is 1x Damage Report. Now, head back to Gustav and hand in the item, you'll be rewarded 1x Condensed Loss Shard (S). 

 

Third Request: The Third Evidence

Location: Observatory Site - Ridge of Frozen Souls

Same as you did during the second request, leave the location first, revisit it, then speak to Gustav to obtain the third quest. The third item is found at the Ridge of Frozen Souls, so teleport to the Observatory Site Mistle and just run up a bit and check the corner at the right side where you'll find a Sword-wielding Lost sitting against the wall, you'll find the item next to the enemy which is 1x Project Evaluation. Once you've obtained the item, head back to Gustav at the entrance mistle of the Dried-up Trenches and hand in the item - you'll be rewarded with 1x Condensed Loss Shard (M) and 1x RV Mastery (116) for completing the third request.

 

Fourth Request: Retrieve the Documents

Location: Accumulator Ruins - Ashen Cavern

For the fourth request, you'll have to complete the Ashen Cavern location and the first three requests, you'll find him next to the Accumulator Ruins Mistle if you've completed all four requirements. Talk to him and he'll provide you with a task to retrieve a document from a Lost from the depths, as well as the Map: Arachnid Grotto. Once you have the map, teleport back to Home Base and speak to Davis to travel to the Depths: Arachnid Grotto. Once you arrive at the Depths, you'll notice that there's a red marker indicated on your map, simply follow it to find the enemy holding the document and kill it to obtain 1x Construction Record. After you've acquired the item, head back to the Accumulator Ruins Mistle at the Ashen Cavern and give the item to Gustav - he'll give you 1x Condensed Loss Shard (M) and 1x Pure Blood for completing his request.

 

Lyle's Request

 

Trial of the Blood

Location: Crypt Spire Entrance - Crypt Spire

This quest can be triggered during your exploration at the said location or you can do it later on. You'll find him at about midway of the first section of the location from the Crypt Spire Entrance of the Crypt Spire.

He's inside one of the large rooms and you'll find him wounded and resting against the wall, simply talk to him and the Trial of the Blood will trigger. Simply survive the onslaught and kill the last enemy, then speak to him after the trial - he won't give you any rewards, but you can obtain haze from the trial, as well as 2x Solid Loss Crystal (L) and 1x Awake MJ310.

Matthew's Requests

 

First Request: Clear a Path

Location: City Ruins Entrance - Ruined City Center

To find Matthew, players must first complete and defeat the boss of the Ruined City Center. You'll find him sitting and looking exhausted near the City Ruins Entrance Mistle, speak to him and he'll ask for your help to kill a monster that's stopping him from further exploring the area. After talking to him, a red marker will appear on the map which indicated the location of the enemy you have to kill. Simply kill it then report back to Matthew - he'll give you 1x Loss Shard (M) and 1x Regen Inducer for completing the quest.

 

Second Request: An Unarmed Wanderer

Location: Parking Garage - Ruined City Center

For the second request, make sure to leave the Ruined City Center first then revisit it. By now you've already completed the location and have unlocked the shortcut of the Parking Garage Mistle. From the said mistle, head to the back shortcut which leads to the stairwell of the parking garage, you'll find Matthew sitting at the corner, speak to him and he'll ask you to bring him a weapon. To find the weapon, head down the stairs and go around to the other side of the fence, you'll find 1x Battered Weapon on the ground next to the vehicle. Now, go back to Matthew and hand in the weapon - he'll reward you with 1x Loss Shard (L) for delivering the item.

 

Third Request: Defeat the Lost

Location: Bottomless Shore - Howling Pit

In order to obtain the third quest, the Howling Pit location must be completed first as well as the first two requests of Matthew. To find him, teleport to the Bottomless Shore Mistle of the Howling Pit and make your way to the north-western side of the map from the mistle or simply open your map and you'll find an indicator of an NPC's location. Simply speak to him and he'll ask you again to kill a Lost that's preventing him to travel further. After the conversation, your map will indicate the location of the enemy, simply kill it then report back to Matthew - he'll give you 1x Condensed Loss Shard (S) for helping him.

 

Fourth Request: A Wanderer's Path

Location: Crown of Sand Entrance - Crown of Sand

For Matthew to appear at the said location, players must complete and defeat the boss of the Crown Sand and have completed Matthew's other three requests. You'll find him near the Crown of Sand Entrance Mistle at the Crown of Sand, again, once you speak to him, he'll ask you to kill a monster that's preventing him from traveling any further. Simply follow the red marker indicated on your map to find the enemy, kill it, then report back to Matthew to complete the request - he'll reward you with 1x Condensed Loss Shard (L) and 1x RV Mastery (114) for helping him.

 

Sophie's Requests

 

First Request: Sophie, the Researcher

Location: Crypt of the Ribcage - Cathedral of the Sacred Blood

Sophie will first appear after you've defeated the Successor of the Ribcage at the Cathedral of the Sacred Blood, just make sure to leave the area first, then revisit it to find her at the entrance of the crypt. Speak to her and she'll mention that she's fascinated with the power of the successors and wishes to study it in order to harness its power and to share it with the revenants. For the first request, simply head inside the crypt, talk to the Successor of the Ribcage, and you'll acquire 1x Rib-touched Spike. Hand the item to Sophie and she'll reward you with 1x Condensed Loss Shard (S) and 1x Isis Chrome.

 

Second Request: Sophie, the Researcher Part 2

Location: Crypt of the Breath - Ridge of Frozen Souls

After completing Sophie's first request, she'll appear at the entrance of the Crypt of the Breath at the Ridge of Frozen Souls only after you've defeated the Successor of the Breath. Similar to the first request, she'll ask you to obtain an item that would help her research. If by any chance you weren't able to restore Nicola's memories, then you'll find the item at the crypt, if you've managed to restore Nicola's memories, then simply speak to his successor form and he'll give you 1x Breath-touched Snowflake. Return to Sophie and hand in the item, she'll give you 1x Condensed Loss Shard (M) and 1x Fionn Chrome as a reward

 

Third Request: Sophie, the Researcher Part 3

Location: City of Falling Flame Entrance - City of Falling Flame

As for Sophie's last request, she can be found near the entrance that leads to the City of Falling Flame from the Ashen Cavern. She'll only appear here after you've defeated the Successor of the Claw and have completed her first two requests. Upon arriving at the City of Falling Flame Entrance Mistle, retrace your steps back to how you entered the said location and speak to Sophie once you see her. Again, similar to the first two requests, she'll ask for your help to acquire an item from a successor. Simply teleport to the Back Alley Mistle at the City of Falling Flame and speak to Emily Su in her successor form and she'll give you 1x Claw-touched Ore, if you weren't able to save her by restoring her memory, you can find the item inside the crypt. Once you have the item, head back to Sophie's location and giver her the item and in exchange, you'll be rewarded with 1x Condensed Loss Shard (L) and 1x Scathach Chrome.

Self-Important Revenant's Requests

 

First Request: Clear the Park

Location: Parking Garage - Ruined City Center

For this revenant to show up, you'll have to complete and defeat the boss of the Ruined City Center. Once you've completed the requirements, teleport to the Parking Garage Mistle of the Ruined City Center and you'll find the Self-Important Revenant there. Speak to him and he'll ask for your help to clear the path of Lost that's preventing him from exploring further, simply teleport or travel to the Park Ruins Mistle of the Ruined City Center and kill the enemy that's indicated on your map. Report back to the revenant after killing the enemy and you'll be rewarded with 1x Loss Shard (M).

 

Second Request:  Cliffs of Rust

Location: Decayed Ship Interior - Dried-up Trenches

For the second quest, make sure you've completed the Self-Important Revenant's first request and you have cleared the Ridge of Frozen Souls, as he will not show up until you have defeated the boss there. Simply travel to the Decayed Ship Interior Mistle of the Dried-up Trenches and you'll find the revenant standing next to the ladder, speak to him and he'll give you 1x Map: Cliffs of Rust and asks for your help to investigate the area for a bloodsping.

Now, Head back to Home Base and speak to Davis to access the Depths: Cliffs of Rust, the location will be marked with a red indicator on your map once you arrive at the depths. All you have to do is follow it, kill the enemies, and clear/complete the depths. After that's done, report back to the Self-Important Revenant and he'll give you 1x Condensed Loss Shard (M) as a reward.

 

Third Request: A Shelter for Revenants

Location: Poisonous Butterfly Nest - Ruined City Center

After completing the second request, the revenant will move to the Poisonous Butterfly Nest where you fought the Butterfly of Delirium at the Ruined City Underground, speak to him and he'll ask you to find an activated mistle. To find this, teleport to the Research Facility Area Mistle at the Memories of Player then head back to the camp where the rest of the NPCs are such as Karen, Gregorio, Aurora, and other revenants.

You won't miss the item since it will be marked with a white indicator on your map, and you'll find 1x Mistle Agent on top of the military supplies. Once you have the item, teleport back to the Poisonous Butterfly Nest and hand in the item to the revenant - he'll reward you with 1x Condensed Loss Shard (L) and 1x RV Mastery (113) for completing his request

 

Richard's Requests

 

First Request: Where's my Sleeping Bag?

Location: Hills of Deception - Howling Pit

Richard can be first encountered at the Hills of Deception Mistle at the Howling Pit after you've cleared out and defeated the boss of the said location, speak to him and he'll ask you to find his sleeping bag. The item can be found near him, just head north from the map. Take the ramp with a lever that leads down to the pits, then head straight to the next ramp where you'll find the item, 1x Threadbare Sleeping Bag. Head back to Richard once you have the item, hand it in, and you'll be rewarded with 1x Loss Shard (L).

 

Second Request: Troublemaker

Location: Ridge of Frozen Souls Entrance - Ridge of Frozen Souls

For the second request, players must clear the Ridge of Frozen Souls location and have completed Richard's first request. To find him, travel to the Ridge of Frozen Souls Entrance Mistle. If you remember the path you took where you found the Fionn Vestige Part A and also that unlocked the shortcut of the entrance mistle, head to the top and drop down onto the platforms until you reach the bottom, you'll find Richard standing by the corner. Speak to him and he'll ask you to kill a Lost that seems to cause trouble for him, your map will automatically indicate the location of the enemy with a red marker. Follow it, kill the enemy, then report back to Richard - you'll be rewarded with 1x Condensed Loss Shard (M) and 1x Regen Inducer.

 

Third Request: More Trouble

Location: Natural Cavern Depths - Ruined City Underground

Request #3 for Richard can be obtained if you've cleared and completed the Ruined City Underground and have completed his first two requests. Simply teleport to the Natural Cavern Depths Mistle of the Ruined City Underground and you'll see him at the path ahead, speak to him and he'll ask you to kill another enemy that's causing him trouble. Similar to the second request, the enemy's location will be marked on the map, follow it, kill it, then report back to Richard - he'll give you 1x Condensed Loss Shard (M) for helping him.

 

Fourth Request: A Shelter for Revenants

Location: Natural Cavern Depths - Ruined City Underground

For Richard's last request, you'll have to complete the Crypt Spire location, the Self-Important Revenant's requests, and Richard's first three requests. Once you've completed it, teleport to the Natural Cavern Depths Mistle of the Ruined City Underground and you'll see him at the path ahead, simply speak to him and you'll complete the quest - he'll reward you with 1x Pure Blood and 1x Map: Rocky Ruins.

Dominic's Request

 

Find the Documents

Location: Provisional Government Center Entrance - Provisional Government Center

Dominic can be found at the section of the Provisional Government Center Entrance at the Provisional Government Center. Upon speaking to him, you'll learn that he is looking for documents that hold information regarding revenants beginning to frenzy. There are three documents that you'll need to find: BOR Parasite Report, Missions Directives, and Red Mist Analysis - all of these are found in the Provisional Government Center.

The first one is near his location which is the BOR Parasite Report, to find this, from Dominic, head down the hall and take the first right. Descend down the ramp, fighting the enemies blocking your path, and continue through the doorway. At the end of the hall, turn left and descend down the stairs. Keep heading forward until you come across some wooden boxes. Break the boxes and head down the ladder. Looking at the ladder you just went down, take the door to your right. The documents are at the far end of the room toward the left side

For the second document, Missions Directives. From the room where the BOR Parasite report was found turn around and head back up the ladder to your right as you exit the room. At the top of the ladder turn to the left and head down the stairs. At the bottom of the stairs, turn right and follow the path until it opens up into a large room. Turn immediately to your right and head forward up the stairs to the raised area then head through the door. Proceed very carefully down this hallway since the walls will trigger its trap once you walk past it. At the end of the hallway, turn left and fight your way through the cramped corridor. Keep proceeding forward, until you hit the end then turn left and proceed down the stairs. You’ll arrive at a fork. Take a left and break the objects to reveal the document under a glass jar next to a ladder you can kick down.

As for the last document, Red Mist Analysis, you'll find this at the left side of the room with a lift that leads down to the Gaol of the Stagnant Blood. It's under some wooden boxes and glass capsules, break it to obtain the item then head back to Dominic and give all three documents
