I doubt I'll ever get a response on here, but playing the Windows Store version on Game Pass Ultimate achievements don't seem to be able to unlock. I should have several at 20 hours in but have none. Some Game Pass games don't support achievements even when it looks like they should, but for Code Vein I never found anyone else mentioning it online. Unfortunate.

      • Exalted Reputation must be the stupidest Trophy I have ever seen in any game I've played so far. And that is mostly because the "Coop" implementation is almost as stupid. TL;DR: Grind Tower of Trials or get a friend to help you out with Coop in the Depths. Random Coop is not worth the hassle. Even when playing online and (trying) Coop this is a stupid tedious grind. I'm on PC so can't speak for Consoles, but even when I search for Distress Signals (can't send one because I already finished the game, unless I do NG+) without any Region restrictions I'm waiting anywhere between 15 and infinity minutes to even get one Distress Signal. The stupid part about that is that you can't even start the search and do some other grind (e.g. for Old World Materials or just Haze), because it locks you in place, unable to move - how stupid is that? When sending a distress signal this is not an issue, so why when searching?! And also the queue cancels every 10 seconds or so just to tell you there were no Distress Signals... yes, I know, just keep searching - what's the deal with you?! So just queuing up and walking away or just browsing the internet or watching Netflix is not an option unless you press a button every 10 seconds. And even if you're lucky enough to get a Distress Signal there is no guarantee you will receive a Mark. For one thing, you will only get Marks for killing bosses. So if you're spawning into a random map and the Host is not actually doing a boss you either have to be an ******* and leave (which when searching again will probably result in you getting back into the same session because the guy was the only one searching), or you go through the whole map with them to get a shot at killing the boss. If the host dies (and you or his companion don't happen to have the partner heal ready), you're kicked out and get nothing, which is a great way to waste your time. Good job Devs. For another thing you get 5 heals and then you're out with no way to replenish. So having done your progress and getting all your 10 heals (using the Regeneration Extension Factors) doesn't bring you any benefit for the work. I'm also not sure if you're getting the stronger heals from the Regen Activation Factors if you're stuck with the base heal. You cannot rest at mistles (which I understand, because that would give you infinite heals without resetting the area), but you also don't rest/replenish when the Host rests at a mistle. So If you're unlucky and spawn at the start of a map you will have to play the entire thing, including the boss, with 5 heals - and being expected to also sacrifice your health to heal the Host. You're better off using the heals only for yourself, and not healing the Host (because they do get their heals back when resting), which completely defeats the purpose of the partner heal (although Cleansing Light is great for this because it does work on the self-inflicted damage from the partner-heal) and arguably of the Coop as a whole. Also really fun is the fact that you're completely dependant on the connection to your Host. If your ping to them is terrible (and arguably even when it's good), you're ****ed, because the game just does not work with that. I've had it happen so much that I was "hitting" the boss and then suddenly it warped away because there was a delay, and I did no damage. Or I ended up somewhere completely different when using Phantom Assault or just dodging because both are relative to the bosses position on the Host and not on your screen. The only (sort-of) solution is region-locking your Coop search, but the wait times are already terrible, and I don't even want to know how bad they are region-locked. You can still play with the delay, but it's a pain in the rear and quite frankly no fun at all. In cases like this I always wonder if the devs have actually tested this feature. Do yourself a favour and don't waste your time with the godawful Coop implementation.

Playthroughs required is 4, not 3. There are 2 versions of the Dweller in the Dark ending and all need to be done on the same char.

For the reputation trophy, the black samurai enemy in the accumulator ruins that guards the door to the fire city dropped marks for me. It's a rare drop and a tedious grind but at least it's doable for offline players.

Still don't know how to raise the reputation level, or if it's possible by playing solo. I got 22 marks and exchange tons of items with the npc's but I still got only a level 6 after all that.
