Sunset Sword is a Weapon in Code Vein. Sunset Sword is categorized as a One-Handed Sword. Weapons can be found from Enemies and/or Bosses, acquired as a reward from completing quests, provided by NPCs, and are sold by Merchants.

A warped Queenslayer Blade that has been corroded by miasma.

Even inorganic matter is not immune to the Queen's corruption, which has tarnished this weapon's black gleam and altered its properties.

However, while there are none who wield it without hesitation, its effectiveness cannot be disputed

Where to find Sunset Sword

• Occasionally dropped by enemies wielding it.
• Ruined City Center: In the part of the walkthrough named City Ruins Entrance, after encountering the parking lot and open field, near that area as you continue forward, there's another enemy hiding behind the cars, waiting to ambush you when you walk by the corner - there's one Sword-wielding Lost at the right side which can drop a 1x Sunset Sword upon killing it.

Sunset Sword Notes and Tips

• The Physical Damage of the weapon is the Base Damage plus Scaling Damage. Scaling damage is based on your Character Level.
• Same moveset of the Queenslayer Blade, except for the special attack (which is a jump attack instead of a lunge)
• Compared to the Queenslayer Blade:
  • Higher base damage: 137 vs. 125
  • Lower weight: 30 vs. 35
  • Lower STR scaling: C vs. C+
  • Lower DEX scaling: D+ vs. C
  • Overall, lower dps for high level players.
• The jump attack applies the effect of Impact Wave. It's also the only attack of its moveset to do so.
