Pioneer's Guidance is a Passive Gift in Code Vein. Pioneer's Guidance is a gift found in the Hephaestus Blood Code. Through Gifts, players may perform unique actions such as buffing and healing themselves and their Companions, debuffing Enemies or dealing direct damage to enemies.

Pioneer's Guidance Information

• Increases the gift mastery gained by defeating an enemy

• Max Out Proficiency:
  • Kill enemies while equipping this gift or;
  • Use 18000 Haze and Awake MJ310 (x9) at a Mistle.

Pioneer's Guidance Acquisition

• This gift can be found in the Hephaestus Blood Code.

Pioneer's Guidance Notes

• Increases Gift Experience earned by 50%. This results in a 33% decrease in amount of kills needed to master a gift.

  • Does not have an effect if the player can't receive Gift Experience.
  • Only tested on Bosses.
  • Needs further verification with lower-tier Gifts.

 Two characters, both level 50. Same Gifts, same Boss, with and without Pioneer's Guidance.

3. Boss: Wistful Wanderer (Sucessor of the Throat depths version)
4. Gifts for mastering:
   • Improved Regeneration, Health Stimulant, Feral Tenacity, Perfect Balance (Warrior)
   • Light Impulse, Godess Smile (Ishtar)
5. Blood Codes: Warrior, Ishtar.

Testing results: With Pioneer's Guidance as a passive.

• Health Stimulant, Improved Regeneration: 7 Boss Kills.
• Perfect Balance, Feral Tenacity, Light Impulse, Godess Smile: 10 Boss Kills.

Testing results: Without Pioneer's Guidance.

• Health Stimulant, Improved Regeneration: 10 Boss Kills.

• Perfect Balance, Feral Tenacity, Light Impulse, Godess Smile: 15 Boss Kills.
