Can you co-op the horror hunting trials with a friend or are you only allowed to have a npc companion with you?

The level in this DLC is a bit disappointing but I love this boss, it's hella badass and a pretty dynamic fight, and I appreciate the extra trials as well, adds some variety and longevity if the player wants it

A lot of people are saying how disappointed they are by this DLC, and are getting a lot of downvotes for it... So...ya'll got anything CONSTRUCTIVE to add, or are you just gonna downvote all of this because it isn't singing praises of this game? (I think the game is fun, but I'd be lying if I said that it wasn't flawed)

Surt blood code is the new Strength build because it has a S rank in Strength. Achilles is a new Dex build because of the S+ rank in Dexterity.

Which level and equipement do you recommend for this area? I feel I'm not doing well no matter the changes and approaching I make. Sorry for my broken english.

Yea some of these Trials seem completely impossable and if not impossable then just not worth grinding for. I really like this game but this DLC is kinda just boring.

Tye "new story***** is just mistranslation of what's actually described on the dlcs, as far as I know.

The boss is straight up just hannibal from God Eater. (Understandable given the connection, but still disappointing.)

Also they said this has a new story. It's not a story it's just reskined stuff and a new depths map. That's false advertising.

Do you need the Blood Codes from the DLC now for the trophy?

A single area with re-skinned equipment and re-used enemies? Yeah the boss may be unique but the whole DLC revolves around killing the same boss with trials....with no multiplayer. Ontop of that, the rest of the DLC looks like it's going to be largely the same format. Yikes.

It's a joke to be even be called a dlc the new weapons and veils are just a re-skin of the existing one's / also it's way way short not even 20 minutes
