Blood Resonance: Conviction Spike is one of the Horror Hunting Trials in the Hellfire Knight DLC in Code Vein. Completing Blood Resonance: Conviction Spike will reward you with "__REWARD__". Horror Hunting Trails consist of different challenges that players can complete by fighting the Hellfire Knight to earn rewards.
Horror Hunting Trials can be accessed through the altar located next to the Mistle of the Depths: Fiery Oblivion.

- Allow your HP to reach 0 no more than 3 times
